Have a 2014 A6 Allroad.

Having problems with the sat nav, it lets you load all the address, then lets start to plan, says your route is being calculated and then freezes, any ideas anyone.

Does it need a sd card as both slots are empty.

You can at least work out if it is SD or hdd based.
