Heater not working in 2 of the 4 zones

Hi

I have a 2015 A6 c7 Avant and recently 2 of the 4 zones have stopped blowing warm / hot air. Its the driver side and the rear behind driver. Other 2 zones work perfect. 

Grateful for any suggestions.

This is a known issue, I think I have read on a different forum that it's the motorised flaps. 

Sorry it's not much help.
