Hi yes most definitely.

I believe it was an optional extra in certain models too. Naturally a coil spring version will be easier to maintain. As the complexity of air suspension can cause various issues. Including: 

Leaking bags 

Failed compressors 

Wiring issues 

Level sensor failures.
