Gear Box malfunction

Hi Audi Family.

Car recently got the light come and and only shifting to gear 2-4-6 only skipping 1-3-7 got the diagnostic done please find attached.

please help me with your wisdom what should i do please?

If this is s-tronic then my first port of call would be to look at when the gearbox oil was last changed as degrading oil can affect the gear selection. In failing that it could be the module.

Thank you Steve the oil was changed on 68704 miles and the car has now done 82000 miles.

Hmm In.thst case it shouldn't be the oil as 14k miles isnt that high. Your next port of call would be a diagnostic check.
