Keith1505 Posted January 6, 2022 Posted January 6, 2022 Hi all, I've recently bought an 2011 2.0TDi A3 8P and love it, but my only criticism is the headlights seem a bit dull. I've been looking at upgrading the bulbs, but looking online seems to be a minefield with so many available but often they say not compatible with my car or from some obscure manufacturer. Does anyone have any recommendations for replacement bulbs, LED would be good, but a decent halogen will do. Thanks in advance. Keith

Keith Hi LED bulbs will probably fail the MOT if its not a projector type head lamp as it distorts the reflector pattern, if the original bulbs are H7/H4 try Phillips diamond vision all version available on eBay . Steve.
Keith1505 Posted January 7, 2022 Author Posted January 7, 2022 Hi Steve Thanks for that info, nobody selling the LED lamps mention the MOT, but they wouldn't I suppose as they're after your money! I'll have a look for the Phillips bulb, cheers mate Keith
