Audi A3 cluster lights

Hi my car as started somthing weird. When I unlock car with key hazards go off no windows won’t work cluster clocks very symbol flashing and won’t go off stays on constant. I need help as I need to take for mot

My advice would be to get a diagnostic check. Also how olds the battery? A failing battery can cause all sorts of weird electrical issues.
