Hi all 👍🏻 Can anyone help me out? I’ve a s3 8p sportback on a 13 plate, the rear haldex is leaking, does anyone know if you can get these refurbished? I believe mine is the gen5? All I can find is about gen 2 to 4. Any he’ll appreciated thanks 👍🏻

I suspect it can be refurbished. Your best bet is to speak to an audi specialist or a gearbox/diff specialist.

I take it to a specialist for servicing etc, they don’t think so 👍🏻 But surely some diff specialist will I’ll keep ringing around thanks 🤝

No probs at all. Surely it's just a seal that's gone? Let's fave it if it were more serious like a cracked diff you'd know about it.

Might also be worth speaking to an audi parts department to see if they can tell you if there's a seal etc. They'll have schematics of the diff. Or should have.
