1.9 tdi cambelt walk

HI! Cambelt been changed 10 000miles ago, inculding tensioner and water pump.

I just noticed now,that cambelt walking... what's could be wrong?

I'd definitely be getting this back to the garage that did the work. My dad had a similar thing in a old land Rover defender and they had to change the Cambelt as it had been fitted incorrectly
