Reverse display

Hi, sorry if this has been covered before🤔

I have recently purchased a Audi A3 sportback S-line 2017, and when I put it into reverse all I get is an audible sound and no picture on my centre display screen!! I was very surprised with this considering I have also got the cockpit display, and the amount of other tech on this car, even my old 2008 Nissan X-Trail had a reverse warning display!

Any advise or help would be very appreciated..
