Steve790 Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Hi, hoping someone can help with an issue I've been having with my rs5. Happened a few times lately, when driving steady in 7th and then put the foot down the clutch seems to slip as in revs high. The other day did it three times and on the third time the tpms light came on and the computer said gearbox malfunction then no reverse light came on. Couldn't change any gear up or down. I pulled up turned the ignition off then back on then all ok. Just hoping it's nothing to major, is there anyone that could point me in the right direction. Cheers steve
Steve Q Posted March 3, 2022 Posted March 3, 2022 Definitely get a diagnostic check to see what fault codes flag up. As it could be a module.
Steve790 Posted March 4, 2022 Author Posted March 4, 2022 Thanks will get on that, thanks for the reply

Steve Q Posted March 9, 2022 Posted March 9, 2022 Yea it could be if as remaps can put additional stress on wearing/weak components.
