cdoherty Posted March 8, 2022 Posted March 8, 2022 Hi, I'm having a very weird issue with my car that I'm hoping someone can shed some light on. This only really happens when the engine is at temperature and I put my foot down on the accelerator - although it is still very temperamental, but my car sometimes quite violently jolts a couple of times which naturally causes me to stop accelerating which fixes the issue for a bit. Some points to mention: No EML or warning lights displayed Taken to a garage who says no error codes on ECU No Rough idling or anything like that no visible change in exhaust smoke Just a bit worried about this potentially damaging other components if I leave it too long to be honest. Thanks in advance.
Steve Q Posted March 10, 2022 Posted March 10, 2022 Has the garage looked at the spark plugs, coil packs, maf, camshaft sensors ect.
