Wheel swap between Q3 models

Hey everyone. Can I swap the wheels from my girlfriends 2018 Q3 and put them on my 2021 Q3 sportback without any issues?

I think you will need to give us far more information for anyone to be able to comment - i.e. wheel and tyre sizes on both vehicles. 
It’s also worth considering that your car is still under warranty, so it’s critical that any modifications fall within Audi’s original equipment specification.

In theory they should fit. The key question is the 2018 Q3 a 8u (first generation) or F3 (second generation). The 2021 car will be an F3.
