andydin68 Posted April 13, 2022 Posted April 13, 2022 Hi all, I have had the yellow engine warning symbol coming on intermittently over the last couple of weeks. I have scanned the car and the fault code I get is: P229E00 Nox Sensor Bank 1/Sensor 2 Intermittent/Static Is replacing a Nox sensor something that is within the realms of a DIY mechanic or would I be better going to my local independent Audi specialist? What sort of money is in one of these sensors? Thanks
Steve Q Posted April 13, 2022 Posted April 13, 2022 I've found this YouTube video which might help: Looking online I think the part is going to be around £200.
andydin68 Posted April 13, 2022 Author Posted April 13, 2022 Thanks Steve Q. Unfortunately there seems to be a myriad of part nos.

andydin68 Posted June 8, 2022 Author Posted June 8, 2022 Just an update on this. Had the Nox sensor replaced by a local Audi independent. Best part of £500 for the sensor 😮. Car driving great now
