Brilliant, hopefully I will get this sorted 馃憤馃徎

Hi Jaime, sorry for medling, I have an intermitent problem with the AC moisture removal in an A4 Allroad B9 (218 make) it's the second time in one month time, the car is seldom used and in both situations the clima was not blowing air on any vent when set on AC and the windshield was covered with mist while the recirculation worked. First time was exactly on my way to the anual check and the guy did a basic settings reset and he warned me that I might need to take the whole wheel panel off if I need to change theat actuator. My bad that I didn't get the error code from him at thet moment. The car worked ok for a month and yesterday I had suddenly the same problem, the mosture accumulation and no hot ir comming from any vent regardless of the position of vent setting wheel (my clima panel looks like in the picture). I am praying that it is not the actuator that is behind all the front board panel..I don't know if the simptoms I described can be linked to a v438 actuator that seems more accesible from what you describe. What was somehow curious was that today when I checked it worked agoin on de-moisturing but at the begining after 5 minutes after car start when checking the valve and the tubes below the wiper plate (under the hood) one of the tubes was cold and one warm (as per another posting in this forum where someone recomended checking also this valve and tubes) and after another 5 minutes and some hand-shaking applied to the valve) both tubes became warm. I don't know if that is the normal situation until the engine warms enough or if there could be any relation between a possible clogging of this valve / tube endings that might exert a stress on the actuators so they become erratic and give-up...If abybody had this issue of intermitent failure of de-moisturing & clima stop please share your thoughts. Thanks
