Valet & 2 empty spaces

Hi there, I watched a video on Youtube that lead me to believe that I might have a valet mode switch in the glove box of my Audi A8 2016.

I could not find the switch?

I did find two empty spaces that look like an opening for something like a CD one is bigger than the other can you please tell me what these empty spaces are and do I have a Valet switch and if I do could you please tell me where I can locate it

You're right, one is for a cd player. It all depends on what mmi you have.
