When I “select gear using gear selector”. Car is in D but does not move and gives this message.

The mechatronic has been changed and now yesterday  I got the same error that is gearbox malfunction. The car is in gear but does not move. I have to  turn car off to get it working again. Engine light is there on dash. Audi A3 2013 stronic

When was the gearbox oil changed? 

Could it be a sensor?
