Service due message

How do I get rid of the "Service due" message on the dash and the "since 461 days" message on the screen? I have OBD11 Pro in case that needs to be used.

Have you serviced the car? Oil and filter at least?

If so, you go to Workshop in the app, you should be able to reset.

You just go into it and reset it from the car system 

But make sure you do service it, these cars need it

I have changed the oil and filter. I had used the car system to reset the oil change interval, but the messages as shown in my previous post persisted. Anyway, as Thomas suggested, I used the "Workshop" app and now the service due message is gone 😀. Thanks for the assistance, guys!!

Hi Guys, When you say the "Workshop App", what is the app called that you need to download?

I have MyAudi and DataPlug but can't see the same pages (pics) that are shown above.
