Jay1972 Posted August 2, 2022 Posted August 2, 2022 Hi All, It's a longshore, but when driving on any even slightly bumpy road I am being driven mad by a rattling/rumbling noise coming from the rear right passenger side of my A5 sportback 2017. I've emptied the boot, checked everything is securely in place, but it eems to be coming from around the upper wheel arch area?? My GF and I took car out, pulled down the backseat and listened closely whilst driving on rougher terrain back roads in order to hear where the noise is coming from! Can anyone advise? Driving me nuts!
jdragon Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 I had something similar on my A4 B8 and it was one of the many lower suspension bushes. In my case it wasn't dangerous (just annoying) but definitely best to have it looked at just in case it's something more sinister. 1
