Audi a4 b7 2 0 tdi cabriolet turbo keeps blowing in half

Hi I have  a audi b7 2 0tdi cabriolet  and the turbo keeps blowing in half 2 turbos within 100 miles 

 

No one knows why now any help be grateful

Have both turbos broken in the exact same place?

Yes both like the photos showed

Ok, thought it was the same photo. 

That seems very odd, I'd hazard a guess and say they have broken due to metal fatigue. I'd be taking them/it straight back to where I got it from.
