Q7 2018 Etron Charging Cover and Petrol Cover - Both not working

Hello everyone, 

 

I'm looking for some help here. I have a Q7 2018 etron, which suddenly both the Petrol cap and the Electric charging cap have stopped unlocking electronically. 

1. Does anyone know - Where the fuses for these are so I can check them? Can see them in the manual
2. How to manually unlock the charging port cover? (I can do the petrol cap manually)
3. has anyone else had this issue?

It seems the fuse locations for your model can be found at Audihowto. if that helps.

I'd definitely recommend a diagnostic check. Unfortunately I think this could be a job for the main dealer.
