Hey! My Audi A7 2012 it changes first and second gear late. There are no shocks and other concerns, only the first and second gears change late

When was the gearbox oil last changed? 

Have you had a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up? 

The gearbox could be due a software update

I did a diagnostic test and has no fault code

Hmm, the only thing I could advise is get it booked in at Audi as their diagnostic machine is more in-depth. Plus they'll be able to do the software update.
