A4 2.0TDi Executive SE 2010

Hi,

Looking to replace the A3 1.8T 8P we have with an A4 2.0 Ltd TDi.

Just how good or bad are these engines. At the moment we are just not confident in Audi's due to the problems with the A3. It seems that we picked the wrong year/engine with the A3.

So is there a year to avoid?

Service history is key. Most common.issues with diesels are dpf, egr or turbo failure. 

If you do little mileage then I'd recommend you stick with petrol.
