GWall Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 Hello, When I started my A6 today, a number of fault lights appeared on the dash - stability control, abs.. and others that appeared so quickly I can't recall what they were. All the warnings disappeared, but the airbag light stayed on.. and remains on. Any ideas what the issue may be? Thanks.
Magnet Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 Hello Gareth, Simple things first:- worth getting a comprehensive test on the condition of the battery. Kind regards, Gareth.
Steve Q Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 Airbag warning light issues are often caused by a loose wire under the passenger seat mainly. Can sometimes be drivers side. But definitely more passenger side.
GWall Posted November 3, 2022 Author Posted November 3, 2022 Thank you. I guess the seat would have to be removed to make it easier to access.

But you might be lucky, as you might be able to move the seat far enough forward or back to have a look and unclip the wire.
