I have issue with my borgwarner and i have to replace it. I found a used one from Q7 2006 but it's Garrett . Is any possibility to work?

Hi if it is the same dimensions as the old unit it will probably work as is all the manufacturers do is swap suppliers every so often, cross check the part numbers.
