Adaptive air suspension issue

My audi q7 seems to be stuck in automatic mode. All other options are constantly greyed out. I've no idea what to do. Audi won't see me till January and in all honesty they will most likely charge me a fortune again. Any help pleasem??

Hi why are you going to Audi any half decent independent garage can sort that out, the vehicle needs to be scanned for trouble codes that will give you your answer.
