Should I believe the computer's servicing advice?

I have a 2017 A4 Avant.  The computer tells me that the car doesn't need servicing for another 10k but it was last serviced about 7k ago.

 

Should I believe the computer?

Hello Roger,

Many thanks for joining. 
I sounds as if you car is set against a Longlife schedule, and if so, it will usually indicate servicing intervals of around 18K miles or c18 months - whichever comes first. 
What annual mileage are you covering?

As Magnet says, it's likely set to the flexibile schedule.
