Warning Light Dashboard A6

Hi, I recently bought a used A6 Avant. On dashboard, a small yellow circular light with a triangle in centre and what looks like an ! has come on intermittently. I have no manual. Does anyone know what this might be and is it significant?  TIA.

Hi yellow is a non urgent fault red  means serious, get the car scanned for faults as this will tell you the sensor that is playing up.
