Just changed battery in key fob, light flashes but will not unlock car, any ideas please

Try reprogramming the key via this YouTube video: 

Also if you have a spare key you could try and use that, as it might help narrow down whether the issue is with the key or the car.

If that doesn't work then I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up

Put key into ignition turn key while holding down the lock button on the fob turn off ignition while still holding button down take key out and fob should work this way worked for me .
