A6 C6 Radio/DAB unit replacement

Hi all, recently bought a 2011 C6. The Radio/DAB module is faulty. the part number is 4G0035061F but it's really difficult (and expensive!) to source. Are any of the other 4G0035061 units compatible?

You might find another one could be coded as long as the numbers match. The letter should specify the model variants as all parts are slightly tweaked through the production run. 

Alternatively you could look at an aftermarket set up
