A6 C8 50 TDI question from a newbie 🙂

Orange engine warning light came on recently & local VW / Audi / Merc specialist ID'd as NOx sensor B (ref part No = 4q0907807e) but can only source replacement part via Audi?
Does this sound correct .........or some other lower cost options available?
Expert help / advice would be much appreciated.
