Road trip prep

Hello all, 

Starting to prep for the arctic circle road trip. These are the upgrades I'm considering. I'd appreciate your thoughts. 

Pic 1 - I have roof rack similar to this one. 

Pic 2-4 30mm body lift kit which mounts to the top of the suspension. 

Pic  - 5-6 numberplate spotlight bar. (On order)

Pic 7-8 towbar luggage rack (potentially)

Pic 9-10 steel undertray 

Also I'd like to fit tyres with a taller side wall. Current tyres are 205/55/16. Would 205/80/26 all terrain tyres fit?
