AUDI A7 2012, Boot not closing (Electric)

Hello i need some help 🙂  After a heavy snowfall, i open the trunk and it was going really slow. 
now when i try to close the trunk its just beeping and nothing is happening, 
Opening works fine, 

-Info- 
Trunks shows that is open on the intrument cluster
Beeping when trying to close the trunk
I have reseted the trunk by holding it for 10 sec and the light started flashing but still cant close it.

Is it an electronic tailgate or are you trying to close it manually?
