All 4 windows won’t work

Hi all my 2012 A3 windows have suddenly stopped working. They don’t work with the button or the key 

 

have anyone got any ideas

You may well have damage to the wiring that connects the loom to the driver's door through a rubber bellows.

You could also consider a failing CCM which I think you'll find under the passenger footwell. Have the carpets got wet recently?
