Media Select Button

hi looking for some help , i have an A4 B9 ,WHEN LOOKING FOR TRACKS ON THE DISPLAY if i push the button I cant select songs , but the function works with Phone / Nav / Radio .im using an i phone 11 as connected device ,any help much appreciated

Could be a fault with the button. Might be worth getting this changed.
