Steering wheel radio volume control not working

The radio volume control on my steering wheel has stopped working, this also controls my linked mobile phone as I can not scowl down numbers 

Can anyone help I have tried the 3 buttons routine but alas it's not worked 

This is not the first time this has happened it stops working then starts again after weeks of not working

I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. But you will probably find the buttons have failed. It's a complete unit which can be removed from the steering wheel and replaced

No probs at all
