Missing parcel shelf

Hi , I’m looking for clarification. I’ve just bought an Audi A6 estate, 2019, and the parcel shelf is missing. Have phoned the garage but they’ve said it doesn’t come as standard. Just wondering if this is correct?

Very unusual for an estate car not to come with one. I'd recommend you speak to Audi. But I suspect the dealer is having you on.
