TP1 Posted June 27, 2023 Posted June 27, 2023 Hi, the adblue error appeared on dash (as it has done in the past) and I have topped it up with over 10 litres. however error remains, with countdown to engine switch off continuing to drop daily. It has always reset automatically in the past, but have drived over 50 miles and still hasn’t reset. please help!!
MatAR Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 Sadly this is why I gave up on a brand new Tiguan and found an EU5 SQ5 TDI. Two years of AdBlue trouble, starting with similar symptoms. The fill calibration is off, which requires dealer attention sadly. I did exactly the same, 10 litres and no change to the message "600 miles until no start". The "no start" scenario is ridiculous (and unnecessary). Mercedes owners can simply reset this on the dash. 1
Steve Q Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 You'll need a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Vag cars are known for issues with the level sensor problem
