crispin Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Hi all, My name is Crispin and I am a new member. I have a very chequered car history, just got a Audi A3 Sportback 2.0 TDI, before that had a Zafira (I am sorry), before that a TT, before that Lotus Elise sport 160, before that I had 2 different TVR chimera's (yes - I liked to walk a lot). I am trying to find out some info on MPG for the new Audi as even driving carefully on a combined cycle I am getting 37mpg. I was hoping for at least 45... Does anyone know if 37mpg is good for this car (most journeys are between 7 and 10 miles - starting in a town, 4 miles down a motorway, finishing in a town). I have been trying to go easy on the accelerator so I don't think its a lead foot issue :-) Any advice if greatly received - thanks Crispin P.S. Its the DSG box with flappy paddles.
