A5 2.0 TFSI Quattro injectors

Hi Jon my mate last night fitted 4new injectors as one had gone the engine runs ok But I’ve got loads of white smoke bellowing out of my exhausts do do they need reprogrammed so they run wright. Many Thanks John🙂👍
