daveq7scotland Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Hi guys. Looking to see if anyone can shed some light to this. 2012 Q7 3.0 tdi, cut out on by pass when wife was driving it. Recovered to my garage and it won't start with no fault codes, pull the wire off the fuel pressure sensor and it will idle all day but won't rev up. New fuel filter, and whole in tank pump assembly from audi. It got 6 new injectors last year, which seem OK with a leak off test. I'm confused with it, all data on snapon comp seems as should do. Anyone came across this before

Leeq7 Posted September 20 Posted September 20 Hi there did this issue get sorted and if so could you tell me what it was please as mine has done the same thing 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
Magnet Posted September 21 Posted September 21 Hello Lee, Best to send the OP a PM, since he hasn’t been back to the forum for over a year. Kind regards, Gareth.
daveq7scotland Posted September 24 Author Posted September 24 Hi all. yeah, got it sorted it turned out to be the HP fuel pump that was the issue. changed pump.and all was good. i cleaned the tank and fuel lines and new filter, all was good for a few days then the turbo went so I sold it as was due to it needing a few bits done to suspension also. 1
