webego Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Hi, new to the forum. I recently became the owner of a Q7 4M (2016). When purchased it already had the offside rear coil spring replaced after the original had snapped. However they didn't do the other side. So I'm looking to swap both out for new OEM and mounts and wondering how difficult a job it is DIY. I can see you would need some spring compressors and was hoping this can be done without having to drop the lower arms. I come from a good 8+ years of LR Discovery tinkering so confident in most 1 man jobs. Anyone have any experience of this? Also any pointers on where to get a workshop manual appreciated? Thanks G
