A4 b8 rear cup holders

My rear centre armrest is just a plain old cushion, I could really do with swapping it out for 1 that has cup holders in, most of my cars previously have already had them so found it strange that they didn't come as standard.

Does anyone know where I can buy just the armrest part with the cupholders in? I've had a look on eBay and just seem to have the cassette but I need the cushion as well.

I've had a quick browse around yes, I found 1 at £300 which isn't going to happen but that's all I've seen so far.
