DanaElizabeth Posted October 10, 2023 Posted October 10, 2023 Would anyone happen to have the wiring diagram for the central locking pump (vacuum pump in the boot). I've got an issue where mine keeps blowing. This is the second one I've bought now as the last one I bought lasted a few months before blowing again. Due to this I have no central locking, my electric windows aren't working nor my interior lighting when doors are open. It seems to be the top connecter that's causing the problem but I have no idea what wires are for. Has any one else experienced this before also?
Steve Q Posted October 10, 2023 Posted October 10, 2023 Could it be an issue with the comfort control module which should be situated on the passenger side floor under the carpet. Especially if carpet has gotten wet.
DanaElizabeth Posted October 10, 2023 Author Posted October 10, 2023 Is the comfort module linked to central locking pump? I shall take a look into this if so as it keeps shorting and has burnt out 2 pumps and now this 3rd pump doesn't wanna work
Steve Q Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 Yep I believe it is. I know the door module controls the rest of the central locking too
