Front bumper & grill don’t match

Hello guys. Can anyone help pls.

Have bought twice front bumpers and grill and they don’t match up. The bumper seems to be needing a bigger size grill and both parts have been for this type of Audi. Can anyone suggest what am I missing here & why parts are not compatible when they are sold for this car and part number.

 Have bought the parts from eBay and Facebook marketplace. Need a grill wider than the existing one to fit this bumper. Pretty stuck here
