Audi a6 2011 c7 trunk not opening

Hello, I would be glad if someone could help me. I bought an Audi A6 C7. my trunk does not open to anyone electronically. only mechanically by crawling from the trunk. I turned on the power to the module that is on the trunk, it works like that...Тhanks if someone help me

Do you have a Valet mode with a button in the glove box?

Hello Blazhe, 

Might be worth checking the wiring harness within the flexible length twixt body and trunk. Often the source of fractured cables.

I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. 

When you press the button can you hear any electrical solenoid working?

That’s good - at least that check has eliminated that as a possible cause.
