kenpachi_S5 Posted December 16, 2023 Posted December 16, 2023 (edited) Looking for some help.. I have an 08 Audi S5 V8. EML has come on so I hooked up the obdII and got a few faults. Thermostat heater control circuit open. P0017Crankshaft position-camshaft position, correlation bank 1 sensor B. Camshaft position slow response. Sensor for refrigerant pressure/temperature. Function limitation due to insufficient voltage. The car itself drives fine.. no overheating or rough idling doesn't seem to have lost any power. Plan on getting it into Audi but it won't be till after Christmas, just wondering if anyone has had these issues and if it's ok to continue to drive it till I get it to a garage? Thanks Edited December 16, 2023 by kenpachi_S5
jdragon Posted January 5 Posted January 5 Do you know anyone who has VCDS? It'll provide a much more comprehensive report.
Steve Q Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Also how old are the fault codes? If they're historic it might be worth clearing them, using the vehicle and then see what codes come back.
