Car going into Neutral when reversing

Hi just wondering if anyone can help with this, as it has been driving me wild for nearly a year now.

It involves our 2016 Audi Avant 30Tdi Quattro Avant which has done 71,000 miles, and from time to time when reversing and turning fairly hard into a parking space will drop from reverse into neutral all by its self, with a message coming up on the dash which I have attached.

I have had the fault codes read by two different gearbox specialists and there are no fault codes present, PLEASE can anyone help as it is driving me mad.

Could be an issue with the gearbox module or an issue with the selector.
