Stereo/Headlamp Upgrade suggestions

Hi there, just bought a really nice example of a 2005 1.8t cabriolet, the headlamps and stereo are the only gripes at the moment.

Anyone recommend decent quality replacements that they have carried out and also anyone near to south Birmingham who can recommend a place that carries out the work?

Osram (night breaker I think they're called) and Philips so upgraded bulbs.
