Easy Entry (seats)

Hi

Wife has just taken delivery of Q7 S line petrol. It has the tech pack pro fitted.

She cannot find the option in the MMI to use Easy Entry setting to move the seat backwards on exiting the car. It is mentioned in the manual. Dealer seems unsure why it isn't in the menus.

My A6 S Line has it and it works perfectly.

Could anyone please advise? 

If not standard, can it be retrospectively coded?

It might be able to retrofit it. I'd recommend you speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them for retrofits and been happy with the results. 

I know new q7 models have been arriving to customers without kit such as matrix headlights etc.
