Bluetooth in Audi A1

Hi, I've recently purchased an Audi A1 and the Bluetooth was connected to my phone and I was able to use hands free and audio player no problem. Now only handsfree will connect and not audio even thought it's switched on in Bluetooth settings, what can I do to fix this?

I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up

delete and re pair

i had it a few weeks ago on my pixel 6 and solved it
